Just my luck, I live by every RS and BB where they go by the book
So far, looks like I'm still going telesales and overnight delivery.

Thanks for doing the leg work and giving a heads up to others. Sprint and/or the retailers must have really tightened things up recently. I don't have EPRP anymore (switched recently when my acct got audited and my corporate discount got dropped), but when I did, I upgraded and/or added lines at Wal-Mart (upgraded to BBs w/ $100 GC promo, Nov '09) Sam's Club (added 2 Heroes during the whole "get out of ETF free/port out & back in fiasco, Mar '10) and Best Buy ("upgraded" to Hero to sell, Mar '10). Never at Radio Shack though. Each time the reps were able to go right into my account to handle business. At Best Buy the BBM guy saw me coming and said "uh, oh it's the SERO guy." They hated me since they used to always have to call in to Sprint to upgrade my SERO lines. I told him I switched my plans over and he said they moved away from the SNAP system anyway and the new system can see and service almost any plan.
As you can see, my previous comments in this and other threads were only coming from experience.
Can anyone who has upgraded at these retailers recently chime in? Better yet, I know there are some BB, RS, WM, SC employees around here.
