is the shack charging 449.99 or the 699.99(like BB) for full retail?

thats wut I want to know, cuz I'm buying it outright and puttin it on my credit card, but i don't wanna have to pay almost 200 more just to get it from a retail store

It varied on how they rang up the reqeust. Some of us were charged tax and others were not, it doesn't really matter as it will all even out in the end.

tax laws vary by state folks, so not everyone is going to have the exact same situation.

I was going to wait longer, but I caved in a Radio Shack today since i have the eligible rebate anyway. I paid $50 for a deposit and got a huge receipt that I have to bring back on the 4th. My Radio Shack opens at 10am, which is when I usually go into work, so I have to wait until the end of the day to get mine.

If you don't mind me asking, why would you rather pay full price? Every time I've thought it was bad to have a contract from Sprint, they just make it so much more worth it. I'm actually in contract right now that was renewed in February, but not with a handset, so I have my rebates. They gave me $20/month off of my bill + EVP discount. Sprint really has my loyalty because they've just proven themselves over and over again.

I dont want to be in a contract so that forces me to pay full price. I love sprint but they have never really gone out of their way to please me.

Im not in that much hurry...lol I love the phone dont get me wrong but its too much out of my way to go to a Shack and BB hell no..lol
