To my knowledge their isn't a Pre-order through sprint store more like a pre-registration which is here http://www.sprint.com/evo total retail is $449

you can also try calling sprint telesales if you have not done so.

Seems like someone did not do there job at RS when you pre-ordered. They were supposed to make sure you were eligible for a full upgrade.

Agreed but I still have a pre-order so thats ok. Had he done his job I wouldn't have my pre-order to fall back on. The guy on the phone from RS told me that the in store price maybe different than the online price. He said it could be $599 for out of contract. Of course he wasn't sure and couldn't pull up the price on his PC. I should ask the RS guy thats been floating around. Either way if I can get $75 off at Sprint or $50 off at RS looks like I'm going to Sprint.

Activation fees are $36 for new lines and $18 for upgrades.

i pre-ordered mine through radioshack first day....now my gf and sis want one too and they're all on my line, and guess who'll be stuck with the bill lol.....oh well what can i do.

does anyone know when the radioshack pre-order is over? gotta get in there soon
