You pay for the services on the phone too. That is pretty much exactly what it says in the fine print- in order to use it, you have to pay for it.

I don't think Sprint cares if we use WiFi or not. I think they are just trying to keep people from tethering for free, and killing WiFi altogether is the way they came up with.
