not saying its impossible but no you will not see that happen. I dont recall anyone ever being able to run windows mobile on a device that didnt already run it in some shape or form. Could be wrong, and even if i am, its extremely rare. There would be no drivers and WM is NOT open source like android so it would be extremely difficult

While I'm not trying to start a battle, over which mobile OS is better, but tell us what programs/functionality you need, and we can help you determine if that program/functionality is available with Android. More than likely it is, but it's always good to make sure.

At this point, those of us on legacy and sero plans need to stop wondering if Android and WebOS phones will be allowed on these plans. The idea is to get rid of these plans. The way they are going about doing this is by offering phones that they feel will be in high demand and require a data plan to use.

This isnt even adding in the fact that this the 1st Sprint Wimax phone. The same thing will happen when wp7 comes out leaving sero and legacy plan people with only dumb phones and wm 6.5 phones to choose from.

I use Igo for gps nav as well as beelineGPs for aviation Google maps nice but I like to be able to navigate even if I don't have internet access, .. I also have work related technical programs for winmo Only. GuessI am stucked W/ TP2 Unless somehow a custom wm6.5 rom is rel for Evo which appears to have a lot of commonalitywith HD2, am I not.right?

well the guys in xda are trying to port 6.5 to android phones so far.......no luck oh and let the man dream about 60 fps if he wants
