If you read his post he is charging the phone when the screen is unresponsive...like the other person said it could be causing the issue if hes using a cheap non htc charger....ive seen this before....if this is true try using the htc branded charger and see if the problem goes away. you can find htc oem chargers both wall and car chargers on amazon for a decent price.

He said it only happened since he got the case, so there for if he remove the case and try it then it will be fine. So he has already done what you are suggesting. As far as the issue with aftermarket charges, I have known about that for quite sometime, in this case he is talking about the case and not the charger since it hasn't happened before he got the case.

Thats why I was initially confused, but he said this issue only happens when the case is on the phone. So he is saying its the case and not the charger. Again I know of the issue with some aftermarket chargers causing this but thats not what the original poster is saying.

Well thats what I was thinking at first, thats why I ask him what does the rubber case have to do with the screen being unresponsive.

Damn you, at first I was confused because what you said wasn't making any sense thats why I asked what does the case have to do with the phone not responding, you never said anything about another charger being used, because thats what I was thinking at first. Thank god I am not a gambling man or I'd be paying JAAS some money right now because I was trying to defend you.LOL
