I'm having issues where the screen doesn't light up when I take the phone from my face (another call coming in, ready to hang up, etc) and I have to keep hitting the top button to get it on.

I'm having the same issue. Flashed 2x just in case it was a bad flash. Problem persists.

i'm having issues -- i'm stuck on the WHITE HTC SCREEN. i've tried to over and over to remount and format but it continues to stall on the white screen. any ideas?

Well first I had to figure out a way to load a recovery because the process removes everything including your recovery from your device after that I loaded up your latest and I was all set even thou I think my titanium back restore is messing up some of the programs getting a lot of force closed which aren't called that in ICS for some reason
