how about the setting in active sync make sure all the boxes are checked...

You mean in "USB to PC" in connection settings?

Yeah, I tried with everything checked then unchecked, etc...

right click the green circle connection setting make sure all are checked then uncheck the one the says allow connection to one of the following you dont need this one

Yeah, no kidding!!!

Thanks for all the help, I think it's time to flash back to stock, and hope that sprint repairs/replaces it.

Yeah that's what I meant, just flashing stock. Make sure you get the NBH of the stock radio too while you're at it. Most of the repair techs don't know how to check for the bootloader anyway.

I never changed radio.
It shows 1.11.00F now. Is that good enough or should I change it?
