You can go to Sprint.com and look at your account. You will see a chat icon on the right side

Just click on it and you will have a live Sprint Rep in a couple of minutes. It is live chat and your answers will be instant. I have used it many times. I highly recommend it

I added that quote a few days ago.It means alot to me. Especially with what is going on in NYC regarding the Rights of the People being infringed upon, in the name of Security.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg should look at this quote. Hopefully, he won't get a 3rd Term.

so after talking to assurion, countless sprint reps, in person and over the phone. and talking to ecare, i was told that it is " IMPOSSIBLE", yes i was told exactly that, IMPOSSIBLE to get my diamond replaced with the touch pro 2. im pretty boggled, with that, they still insist on replacing it with a htc touch. even after i explained how ridiculous that offer was, they would not reaplce it with anything comparable, other than another refurbished diamond, which in my personal opinion dont last more than 3 months....and i say that becuase ive been through 3 refurbished diamonds. i think its time to say good byw to sprint. and move over to at&t and get their tp2...which is more attractive looking than sprints.

You totally confused me with your prior posts

You originally said that Sprint wanted to replace your Diamond with a Touch.
Now you sat that Sprint WON'T replace your Diamond with a Pro 2, BUT will only replace your Diamond with a Refurbed Diamond

Am I missing something here, or am I that Slow?

hahaha no im just very tired and i miss wrote that.
sprint doesn't want to give me a pro 2 instead they want to give me a touch/ or a refurbished diamond. and im arguing, getting another refurbished diamond, and i don't want a touch, cause its like practically downgrading.

im still very tired and going through a cold so i hope that cleared your confusion

FYI, the Sprint employee that sold me the Hero mentioned that the Diamond 2 will indeed hit sprint.... not sure if its legit but just saying...

I wouldn't mind switching to the Hero, but my SERO wouldn't be suitable. That just sounded wierd for some reason.
