Go online and start a chat session with a Sprint Rep. Everything will be typed online and you will receive a transcript via email of your e-chat session.
You can go to Sprint.com and look at your account. You will see a chat icon on the right side
Just click on it and you will have a live Sprint Rep in a couple of minutes. It is live chat and your answers will be instant. I have used it many times. I highly recommend it
