Y'all don't have to stick up for me. I just say things like I see it.

See the thing is if the new Diamond is defective, you keep getting new ones until they decide you have had enough and then you get a new phone for all your trouble. My Diamond has held up great and the only weak spot seems to be the battery since I charge it so much and drain it so much.

I'm not necessarily sticking up for you. Sometimes you say things i don't agree with and you know i'll call you on it, but a lot of the time, you say things like i see them too.

One thing I'm not afraid of is speaking my mind. If I realize I said something wrong I'm man enough to say sorry.

Getting back on topic: The reasoning behind going with the Diamond is either it will work right or you can complain about it being your xth refurb and you want a new device when talking to retentions.

A PPC buddy of mine has had a few bad Diamond refurbs in a row (4 I believe) so he asked for a new one in the box. Sprint told him "sorry only refurbs, Diamond is now EOL"..now I have no hard proof of this and I'm not even sure if it's new news, but wanted to share..
