well if its possible for you... you might want to try relocking and then unlocking the phone from an xp computer and see if that changes anything. im trying to remember how i did mine, and i think i ended up using my laptop because using xp was easier

i think its possible you might have unlocked using the soft spl unlocker. which, i think, is not a permanent unlocker. ive never used an sspl so i dont know. but i do know that you want to unlock your phone with an hpsl- hard spl unlocker

well from what he has in there, it looks like its sspl. i tried downloading that diamondunlocker.rar but when i click it, it brings me to the ftp but no files are even there. so i dont even know what he is trying to say to use to unlock the phone.

i think that thread might be a little outdated/need some changes.

yeah try the hspl. but before you do it, make sure its relocked.

and if you can, it might be worth trying to do it on an xp computer. i just say this cuz of how my vista comp seems to connect and recognize my phone only when it wants to.

Alright...well i just discovered. active sync wasnt even recognizing the device because no partnership was established... so we will see.

Did you try forcing to bootloader mode, and flash from there? That usually works.

When I had to unlock my second Diamond I had to copy the NBH file from the unlocker into the RUU of a ROM. It was only after I flashed using that technique that my phone became unlocked.

When I tried unlocking with the RUU that comes with the Diamond unlocker the progress bar during flashing stayed at 0 and then went to an error message and the recovery process. It still said it was unlocked but It wouldn't allow me to flash ROMs.

Mike gave you bad info when he told you to continue... your phone is yet to be unlocked like these last few have said.

Security Unlocked has nothing to do with what you want.
