you try what i said? ive never had a problem flashing that way...and trust me i have been frustrated as **** sometimes while trying to flash my phone

We are in the process of doing that. Her phone is definitely unlocked. We just checked it.

yeah, then it is the drivers on the vista computer. ive just never even tried finding the right ones (although i know theyre somewhere probably pretty easy to find). i dont have a need to find them cuz i just flash from internal storage cuz its just better

Ah. yeah. Mine does great on my PC although I use conflipers ROM and he has it set up different than mike.

yeah, cons rom is the best ive found for the diamond. ive tried all i possibly could.

Lol nice. Okay. Well she held the power + back buton + down volume + reset. It took her to a screen that says loading and it seems to be stuck or actually loading. Im not sure.

holding those buttons should take you to a screen that says press power button to update rom image, or something along these lines. you gotta follow that and hit the power button.

next should just be a blue loading type bar, and after a minute or two it should load and say completed. then you need to just soft reset.

Im starting to think we really messed up on the unlocking... The bar doesn't move at all.

... but the screen said security unlocked.

Read the first posts. We had some issues. And i think that is what the problem is. If we re-run the unlocker would it work or hurt it?

i would think you want to first relock, then try to unlock it again and see if the unlock goes smoothly. since it seems like the phone is registering itself as being unlocked, although something might have gone wrong during that process.

and make sure youre running the right unlocker. the hard spl unlocker for cdma.
