If you want to transmit the sound through FM stations then try buying one of those FM transmitter 12v things that plug into your car.
agreed on that point...but the thing is, in terms of the thing that plugs into the car cig lighter, u have to carry around the lil 3.5mm adapter provided with the diamond too, since they dont have htc's proprietery port

Re: FM Transmitter for windows mobile

i have a few of the dongles... i have one hacked to use for tv out, which is connected to my ipod cables.... then there's the one in my car, which i use for fm transmitter (i'm in nyc a lot, and when coming and going in traffic which you can literally watch a tv show without moving an inch....which i do), and then another one laying around here for headphone use (which i never really use).

the fusiq's fm transmitter sucked... a lot. i only had that phone for a week. went back to my sanyo. but yeah, thats the easiest way to do it, just keep the dongle in your car.. go to the sprint store and ask for another, or buy one on ebay for like 5 bucks for whatever if the hassle of carrying one is too great of a burden..

Re: FM Transmitter for windows mobile

okay, to close this argument, there is no way that u can use the fm reciever in the htc diamond to transmit your music to you cars fm frequency, but there is a way to make your music play through ur car

get the headset adapter that came with the phone and plug in a two way jack, then connect it to ur 3.5mm headset jack in your car system, music plays fine through mine

hope this helped, and all of you need to stop being asinine

That's what I do already. It works fine but require 2 adapters. This is why I was looking for a alternative.

So far I have been discovering new features of my diamond everyday, so I though maybe.... it has a FM modulator included... which would make it the best phone in the history of phones... (Even though I still think it is...)

Can you imagine the possibilities:

-Hand free for your car.
-Internet streaming radio in your car.
-Use the touch diamond as a media player with the TV out and Kinoma installed. Sending the audio signal by FM transmitter to your home theater...

I know the LG Fusic (LX550) had a FM transmitter build in, so I asked...
