I got mine for $198. Called in to activate and they said it was already activated to another line so I tried on sprint.com and it worked so I think the dumb outsourced phone rep couldnt read in english or something.. anyway no problems at all activated been running great!

I got my Diamond for $175 (this includes the Microsoft live cashback discount using buy ii now with paypal) from Wireless2Koi. The phone arrived in a couple of days and I activated it online, no problem. I just received my Sprint bill and there were no extra charges at all, just my regular bill.

Well, I just got my money back from paypal on my dmilton auction. He did not even respond when paypal sent him my complaint.

Sorry if I didn't follow your situation but did you receive your phone? or did you get charged a fee by sprint afterwards? I know for certain I bought into one of these scams and got my phone through Sprint or Asurion, but the wife and I are unsure as to what to do? There have been zero charges to her account so far and the phone has been activated for 2 weeks or so, maybe a bit more, hassle free.

I'm just curious as to what to do. I contacted ebay and they weren't of much help, mainly I think cuz the guy sounded confused as to what was going on when I explained the scam. Next I called paypal and was just told to contact the seller. I didn't bother to contact the seller cuz I figure he knows whats up so why would he take the time to fix things.

If it is still under 45 days, you need to file a dispute ASAP to get a refund from paypal. this is a scam and needs to be shut down and shouted from the rooftops.

In my situation, I did not want to get burned by Sprint, Asurion, etc. I did what I thought I had to do. If you wait too long, you are out of luck.

I got my refund today from paypal, and I still have the phone. The phone is still active and Sprint wants nothing to do with it. They say everything is fine on their end. I'm just going to wait and see what happens.

Same here on all counts. Not sure what to do at this point. Have the money in a slush fund just in case.

Hey guys... new member here... what do you think of this guy? I just bought from him. I've read the thread and it looks different from what you guys have been talking about because he says it's refurbished, but I can't help noticing that he has that same "2k" after his name...
