So, if you bought a used car, and 10 years down the road, you come to find out that the previous-owner had the car painted through HIS insurance, then sold it to you--do you think that HIS insurance company would be justified in charging you the price of a paint job?
Simple answer: no Same situation here, just with a phone. |

This thread is getting silly. To those that believe is in the right for charging someone when they did not get the authorization to do so. It is your right to think that way. It is not your right to try to force that belief on anyone else.
To those of you that believe the OP got the raw end of the deal and can understand his frustration. Thank you for being supportive of our fellow ppc geek. Thread closed.
