Re: sprint customer service
Honestly, they've improved in most areas. Changing my caller ID, setting up my Diamond, all that was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Granted there are some CS employees who are clueless, but they are improving...

I like to call when I'm dunk in the middle of the night, and flirt with the Filipina girls they route my calls to at 3am.

Re: sprint customer service
It's not that bad. Takes some getting used to I guess. It's much better that it was when I signed up last year.

Re: sprint customer service
They have been great to me. I used to have them years ago and they sucked. But the last several issues with them they have handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

Re: sprint customer service
you will get the best cs between 9am-10pm est.i don't want to profile but if i don't hear an american voice,i'll hang up and call right back and an american usually answers(don't flame, i just can't understand alot of the cs people and it took me 40 mins to order my pro from telesales).

Re: sprint customer service
TIP.
When you call sprint call them from your phone by dialing *2 then select tech support and select that you have a PDA. By doing this you will get to the Advanced technical support or TIER II. Once you have them on the line and they have asked all the authentication stuff have them call you at your home phone if you need to troubleshoot your mobile device. Works for me every time. Normally they answer in Oklahoma or Texas i think
