I think the Customer service is great, switch to T-Mobile and see how "great" their service is

100% true. They don't speak english, they are incapable of understanding simple sentences, unable to answer simple questions like "how are you", "what is your name" and "are you a retarded monkey failing at impersonating a actual person?"

I think their service has gotten alot better over the past couple of years. I've been a customer for almost 8 years. Email support has always been my best option for help though.

Sprint is much better than 2 or 3 years ago. My last 4 or 5 interactions have been fine.

I think it depends on the store you find, I have had great experiences at stores in Ohio and in Oregon. Well, as I posted in another thread there was one store in Oregon that sucked, but it was more one persons attitude then the entire store.
