way to have a game plan, tell them you use slingbox alot and heat is an issue.

It easy heats up with normal usage. He actually has a legit case. That is why once again it is important to flood the complaints in ASAP

i realize its a legit case, considering thats why there upgradding me to a pro. slingbox magnafies the heat issue.

im on your side on the complaint issue, with sling the heat problem is way worse for me. p.s slingbox is the best money i ever spent.

Yeah I hear Darren . I will probably get one once i get the Touch Pro. I travel a lot and while in class or even in bed its cool to give me something to do..... Sprint TV just isn't enough

2nd guy I talked to said he had others call in with this issue and he recommended me bring the phone into a Repair Center to be physically examined, but he is gonna file a report too on the issue.

EDIT: I mentioned the Touch Pro(as the phone that's like the Diamond, but with a slideout keyboard), and he was aware that it had been delayed until early November. He is notating on my account that I can bring the Diamond into the repair center and they can replace the phone with a Touch Pro.

Did you by the unit in the Store or online ? If online the replacement of teh touch pro would have to come from Telesales
