Re: Diamond Heating Issues Explained?

Guys, I had the Diamond for 2 weeks and now the Pro. The Pro doesn't get hot at all, just warm. That's with many >30min phone calls. I am not gonna take apart my phone, but I think there has to be a difference either in the radio or heat sink.

i 4got who it was here but someone found that the phone randomly gets "stuck" in these processing loops and murders the battery on occasion. if ur phone is getting hot and you have no programs open and your not using it, RESET IT! or say hello to a dead battery real fast. Why does this happen? dont ask me, i just know that a soft reset fixes the issue

There is a $50 differential in price, not including tax of course. I am sure you know how the saying goes, "We collect tax, not charge them." Anyhow, if their going to allow you to just do a swap you may not have to pay anything but if they do charge you, that's what it's going to be.
