I also used Sprint Navigation this weekend. It worked great while except that the battery was dying after 2 hours and the car charger could only keep it going for another hour. So as long as you trip isn't any longer than 3 hours it works great.

tomtom 7. no street names, which is kind of a bummer, but almost perfect otherwise. i'm hoping they'll come out with an update with text-to-speech.

Igo8 is surely the best program I have used on my ppc and its most definetly does have poi for NA.

Does Tomtom has text to speech? does it speaks street name too?

Instead of the regular arrow that tells you where you currently are on the map, you can either download icons of vehicles (cars, trucks, fire trucks, Ecto-1), planes (Concorde, appropriate for my driving style!), or you can take a picture of your own car and load it up.
