Diamond on MS Exchange

I'm wondering what to expect if I activesync my phone with our work exchange server. I understand that email will be pushed out to my phone, but how does the calendar/contacts act on the phone?

Got a few questions;

How does exchange contacts interact with personal contacts??
- Will it wipe them out?
- Will it merge them with personal contacts?
- Will it create a personal/work group?

How does Calender work on the phone?
-Will it erase my personal calendar?
-Will it create a second calendar or merge with my personal?

If I delete an email on my mobile, does it delete off the exchange and outlook at work? or is it like syncing your pop email?


I tried to search on this but was unable to find any info. Also want to be sure that my personal stuff will not be pushed up to our corporate directory.
