well that was the last application i downloaded, makes sense, ill try it when i get home. which way do you recommend uninstalling it?

Nope that doesn't work, it won't load the resident activesync portion when you run it manually. Check your task manager, does it show activesync? It should..

Start -> Settings -> System Tab -> Remove Programs

try on your phone:

start-settings-connections -usb to pc
uncheck the enable advanced network functionality
click ok
soft reset
and try again

That fixed my activesync issues.
