SIPchange help needed

I downloaded and installed SIPChange, ran it and selected fingerkeyboard... It works until I reboot and then my keyboard defaults to something else. My searches on how to make it stick to the fingerkeyboard have proved fruitless.

I don't know what version of SIPChange I have so I can't comment on that but would like to know if I'm missing something or if there is just a reg hack I can do to select my fingerkeyboard for everything.

Also, what is the 10 second delay in SIPChange?
