Most people who had this problem have disabled all today plugins, loaded pic mail, then reenabled plugins on today screen and never had the prob again.

Was on the phone with sprint yet again yesterday. Put the phone back to factory default, and reactivated it. Pic mail worked fine right away and still no problems. Rep did mention some programs i may install to the phone could cause picture mail to have problems. SO I have no installed S2U2, and S2V. I think the program that really messed it up is SKtools. I used this to stop the message sent notifications. Anyone with pic mail working using s2u2? or s2v?! Would rather not install them if they screw up pic mail

Just kind of an update. I recently got a diamond to replace my other one after about 2 weeks. No problems with my picture mail at all now. Must have been a problem with my phone.

i'm still getting hyperlinks in SMS's, spent an hour or two on the phone w/multiple service reps to have the advanced technician tell me "that's how it's supposed to work" bs...

gonna flash back to the sprint rom and try to give them another call tonight, hopefully i'll get someone who's helpful and doesn't try to just deny the fact that MMS is supposed to be working.

For those of you with old sero plans I got mine to work....the guy did what is callled a cancel and reset. you will lose all voicemails and such but it will then work. basically they disconnect then reconnect your line. You will need to submit a ticket to have this done.

If you get this tell them to check which phone it has on your picture mail site on their end, mine showed my old phone which was why i was getting hyperlinks. just because your phone on your acct shows right apparently doesnt mean the pic mail site updated too

thanks man, will do... i'm gonna try calling them back here in a few as soon as i get the stock ROM flashed back. it was killing me to go back from juicy2.4.1

If that doesn't work, you could always have them do the following.

1. Take picturemail off your account.
2. Provision the Data on your phone
3. Re-add picturemail on your account and viola! your picturemail now works.

They will make you change your plan to do this if you have an old sero plan
