I think I might have just fixed the problem. Like many of you I previously had a picture mail account active on an old Samsung A900. By going to Sprint's website and sending a picture mail to my own phone number, it seemed to reactivate everything. I almost immediately received the MMS as picture mail, and from there all of my pending picture mail sent. I used a gmail account as a test recipient, and I received all pieces of data.

Where do I find those settings ? Where do I find "acct picker" ?

I just talked to tech support and I also mentioned that I was getting a 1012 error when trying to update my profile and she sugested i exchange my phone.

another thing i'm experiencing: when i do go to opera browser to view the pic, and i try to save to phone, it tries to save it as "download.do" wtf is that? that's not even a file extension for a picture! so i cannot save any pics right now that someone sends me! this is jacked up!

you can delete the pics that you sent out. I had this same problem but, I figured out a solution. I am about to test that picturemail cab, but when u send out a picture click on it and delete if from the picturemail app cause just in folder it won't let u

You have to open the picturemail 'thread' and delete the pictures individually and the thread will disappear when they are all gone.
