I'm missing my mogul too.... It was much easier to customize & type.

Re: Diamond Thoughts.

I've considered purchasing the Diamond to replace my HTC Touch but I sat down and asked myself why I am buying it....hmmm
The Diamonh 3Dflow, WiFi and a VGA display but other than that nothing more significant to convince me to buy it.

Well, I dunno. Those are good reasons to many of us, I think.

I know that the interface and VGA display are my reasons.

Re: Diamond Thoughts.

I do have to 2 things to say about the Diamond

- The stylus feels cheap and flimsy. The Touch stylus felt solid, but this one feels like chrome coated plastic or something....

- My battery life has been fantastic so far. Granted, I was at work with it all day today and couldn't really play with it all that much, but I've had it with me all day and I only have 1 bar missing.

- HTC really got the UI down this time. I'm no iPhone fanboy, but the finger-scrolling on the iPhone is really pretty awesome. The Diamond's touch screen responsivness is fantastic!

I'm actually having a hard time with the finger scrolling. Most times, I'm trying to scroll & end up opening something on the scroll list. It's driving me crazy!

Re: Diamond Thoughts.

I have a question, I read all 12 pages and haven't seen anyone ask. Does the phone slow down a lot when your listening to music over BT? lets say to an s9 and while you surf the web......I don't have my diamond yet but will have it next week.

mine does slightly, over S9's or even of the wired phones(which are great)

Yes, mine definitely slows down a bit while listening to music over BT (also have S9s) and trying to surf. Plus, I work in the center of a large building and roam frequently to Verizon, so between BT music, regular e-mail checks and the roaming, I used up my battery charge in about 3 hours. Crap. Thank goodness for USB charging.
