Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

still no tracking #, should have been sent out today. Called sprint to check and was told it is still processing and also found out that my contract didn't get renewed so they offered me a 10% discount on my monthly bill if I agreed to a 2 year contract. Yea right 3 dollar discount a month isn't worth a contract to me.

That happened to me, but when I called the guy fixed it. Maybe try calling again & get a different person.

for all its worth, my sprint order status still says processing. my tracking number STILL is not there. I called into order support this morning he gave me a tracking #. UPS said i wasnt supposed to get the phone til the 18th. Well i got it the morning of the 17th. SO for u guys that havent gotten yours yet, itll be there soon!

Got a tracking number earlier today. Before I got it, I called retentions and let them know My girl ordered me a iphone monday, and it came Tuesday. Also told them she had at&t plan with roll over family minutes.
(i have 1 1/2 yr old family share plan, 2 lines 550 mins, vision plus (free data) 59.99 plus taxes and fee's insurance on 1 line, 300 txts and Nav on main line. My Bills avg $95.00-$105.00 a month depending on if I use sprint TV).

I complained about not having a tracking number yet and about no roll over family minutes among other things. By the end of the call, he advised me some billing info was "not processed correctly" or was missing from my order. He corrected it, got me a tracking number (go figure), also got me 300 txts on 2 of my 3 lines (new line for Diamond) Nav on Mogul and Diamond lines, pick 3 on 2 lines, 25 recurring bonus minutes on main line, $10 recurring credit, and TEP insurance on all 3 lines. Total bill (including taxes) not to exceed $110.00 a month (the approx. amount my girl was paying for 2 lines with at&t. Diamond to be delivered later today (10/18.

All in all today was a good day.

My Diamond arrived at its new home at 6:25 pm. The cool part was UPS picked it up in KY at 12:03 am and I had in my hands at 6:25 that same night....NOW THATS SERVICE...Sprint told me on Sunday when I ordered that I would get it today and they were right.

I still haven't gotten a number. I ordered Tuesday 5pm est. I am checking with a DM**-O-******** number and heard those take forever to get updated. I guess the longer it takes to get to me the better. I plan on using the full return period to send my Mogul back in hopes the TP comes out within the 30 days. If not, oh well, I am due Nov. 1 for full upgrade.

Dude, if you get yours before I get mine I'm going to go ballistic. (along with 100's of other people who ordered their Diamonds on Sunday)

Im so excited, i ordered mine monday at 10:00pm. And i have tracking that it should be here later today, its only 1 town away. I WANT MY DIAMOND. That was only a 3 day wait, and i live in NY
