I talked with a sprint rep yesterday. 14th Is online release only. She asked her Mgr. and was told the in store release is the 22nd.

Ordering mine online Sunday.

It's already been announced that the first Touch HD will be GSM. Sprint may get it later but My guess would be not before Summer 2009.

Why would AT&T go with the Touch HD when they have the iPhone?

Thanks for posting. Wow - the Pro looks Huge!! And I didn't expect it to be taller.

As much as I don't like the garish red on the Diamond, I dislike the rounded-edge, too-bright, brick-like thickness of the Pro even more. Although I was hoping for the Pro, guess it'll be a Diamond for me. I can paint red, but I can't shrink fat! But maybe the Pro won't look as fat live, as it does in pics.

What were you expecting? That it was gonna be super thin?...LOL.

Best comparison to see, and the one I'm waiting for, is a Mogul next to a Pro. That will be a determining factor for a lot of people. For those that never owned a 6700 or 6800, then I guess I could see how it would look like a brick...but it's far from it. Just seems to look like it because it's sitting next to the Diamond, which is supposed to be thinner...LOL.

Exactly... AT&T has the iPhone.. Didn't you know that? Why would they wanna kick the iPhone's *** when the only reason people switch to them is for their iPhone.

Hahahaha, you know, I went to Phone arena, but couldn't find the page that does this dimension comparison. Thanks for posting this up! Just too bad they don't have a side view of the Sprint Touch Pro yet.
