no matter what i do i cannot get my clock to change on the diamond ? i have manually replaced files in windows and installed cabs, nothing changes. what am i doing wrong here ?

yes and i soft reset the phone, no changes are made. i don't get it ?

the next step i would consider would be to back up your info and re-flash then do a hard reset.

i just reflashed so hopefully it will work or i may just consider using spb mobile shell. i just wanted to change the clock to the white diamond flip clock.

just remember to hard reset as soon as you flash.........hope it works for you.

i did and the clock will still not change, what the heck is the problem ?

Are you first installing the file sprint2flip.cab ?? Then any flip clock.
