If A = B and B = C...then A = C. That is the most logical reasoning behind these phones. I don't have OCD so you can take that back to left field. Fact of the matter is that I prefer to check and recheck my sources before firing off some misinformed opinion based soley on hearsay.

And when the Touch Pro comes out -/= 4mm of the Diamond is will be no sweat off my sack...

He DID answer your question. No, sprint has never officially even awknowledged (sp?) the diamond or pro. Despite that, 9/2 was the planned release date, and it appears to have been delayed.

No, I just wanted to know if Sprint ever gave an official release date to the public and I thought this was the most appropriate thread to ask it in.

Fair question. Sprint has never made an official statement re Touch/Pro release dates.

Numerous Sprint CSR's HAVE responded with dates, but typically if you talk to 10 CSR's, you'll get 2 or 3 different definitive answers, a couple "I don't know", a a couple "we have no plans to ever release that phone, provide that service, etc"

Except that you have voiced your opinion based on information that was no better than anyone else's and you've put them down without offering anything better.

So by your own rule you have fired off opinion without checking and rechecking. If everyone in the world had to wait for triplicate verification of every detail before they talked about anything this would be one silent place.

Let people talk...let them offer their own point of view...offer yours... and if you feel yours is better then explain why but don't belittle other people.

Feel free to have the last word after this if you must, I'm done discussing this with you as of this statement: I will blatantly ignore anything you have to say at this point..
