Replacement
History:
First 6700: Few keys stop working and poor reception. Sprint gave me a new one.
Second 6700: Thumb stick jams, dropped calls when reception is good. Sprint orders refurb.
Third 6700: Refurb has dead pixel (green) in middle of screen, random hard resets, dropped calls when reception is good.
I took it in to the sprint store and they said they could not duplicate the problem and the dead pixel is a cosmetic issue and directed me to call assurion. assurion told me that they can only send me refurbs and so far every 6700 I've received has given me issues. I spoke to customer service and they offered me a $200 rebate towards the 6800... which I feel is inadequate as I would have to pay above $300 just to receive a phone that I know will function properly.
Can't wait until my contract finally expires, I feel ripped off.
