Well Asurion was out of replacement 6700s on Friday... because I just got my Mogul yesterday... she said they'd be out of new 6700s til Thursday.
Call back on Thursday and demand a brand new 6700. They have them. They're just holding onto them for emergencies so they don't have to ship out Moguls like they did in my case.
I was on my second refurb and called Asurion and raised holy hell. Talked to two supervisors about my second broken refurb and it was my luck that the first rep was rude to me. I explained the whole situation to the second sup and she gave me a Mogul without asking. All I wanted was a brand new 6700 but I couldn't wait 8 days. *shrugs*
