I've used the following BT headsets:

Motorola H700 - insecure fit, low volume, poor sound quality, flimsy "flip open" mechanism... garbage
Logitech Traveler - good sound, great volume, incredibly painful to wear
Jabra BT125 - passable sound quality, disconnect issues, not comfortable

Which brings me to my latest acquisition - the Blueant Z9. I've not tried a Jawbone but I see no reason to now. The Z9 is light, small, *comfortable to wear for extended periods of time*, has good sound quality, and the noise suppression works very well according to my fiancee.

My ears are big enough that the earbud fits securely in my ear without the need for the over-the-ear hook supplied with the unit. It makes putting the unit on a breeze and can be done almost instantaneously for incoming calls.

The buttons are easy to use and require a very small learning curve. The only gripe I have is the proprietary charging/USB interface. Why it doesn't have mini USB is beyond me.

All in all, this is, by far, the best BT headset I've used. I'm glad now that I didn't choose the Jawbone. I'm not disparaging the Jawbone, especially since I've never used one, but it's hard for me to believe it could be any better than the Z9. They are priced similarly and have equivalent feature sets but the Z9 is much smaller and lighter. Highly recommended.

edit: the upgradeable firmware is also a huge bonus. My headset came with v3.1 which I have since upgraded to the latest version, v3.3. I really appreciate a manufacturer that strives to continually improve a product. It really speaks to their commitment to the end user.
