1) Your keyboard works fine on the left side but as you type the character on the right side, it picks the wrong character.
2) Many of you drop down menu now don't drop now. i.e. Time Synchronization, New Email setup menu's don't work.
3) The new folder structure for the programs is quite new and difficult for someone who is very used to having their programs in fixed place.

But the Rom is fast, that's a great achievement. If you please look into these issue and fix it, this stands to be the next best rom.

Thanks
Sounds like you have an alignment issue. Click-n-hold joystick while clicking the windows key. That's a quick shortcut to pull up the alignment screen. Fix that and you'll solve a world of issues.

Without it, the shortcuts will not work. Rename your C drive to Z (or whatever drive name that's not taken) and rename you D drive (or whatever drive is functional) to C.

Yeah, the shortcuts are hardcoded to C:\ since it's the lowest common denominator and Vista won't let me make shortcuts with relative paths. Grr. Of course, if you're an experienced cooker you could just go into the "here be dragons" folder and run the files directly. If you do that, the whole structure can be anywhere you like.

As for the menu and keyboard problems, realign your digitizer. I'm a leftie, and my calibration data will probably not work great for right handed people.

As for the folders, give them a try before you decide you hate them. This is my way of incorporating the quick access capability of Spb Mobile Shell into the Windows Mobile Start Menu. I know it's different, but I think once you get used to it you'll find it's a lot faster. If it's not, you can always just move around the shortcuts in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ to your liking.

Jeff & Raging Idiot

Thanks for that input. I did re-align my screen and everything works fine. All the menus and keyboard are good.

About the folder, i guess you are right. I need to give it some time. Also i have added all the other apps that i installed into the proper folder.

So all in all, this does looks like a great Rom. Fast as hell.

Thanks again for the great work.

How do I rename the drive to C? When I try it changes the name of the drive to C but still uses the E: as the drive designation. So if I try and rename it "Local Drive (C:)" it shows up as "Local Drive (C:) (E:)" after I hit enter. I will look in Control Panel and see if I can find anything else on that.

Been playing around with this latest ROM. Working great so far except for problems with Activesync. For some reason, activesync tries to connect before the device gets powered and fails. If I pull the computer connection from my cradle and have the unit just charging and then plug in the computer then activesync works. Weird thing is I unchecked advanced USB under USB to computer settings and it worked initially but now it doesn't.

I also tried to install the HTC Home customizer but it failed saying that HTC Home isn't installed or something. I was hoping to change that ugly clock on the home tab but looks like the customizer doesn't do that either.

PS. Thanks again Kirvin for a great ROM.
