I'm waiting to see if someone wants to tackle the SPB Weather thing (or at least get more info about it). Are you volunteering?

Seriously, the time fix is as simple as copying the nk.fat from the \ROM folder of the 1.0.0, 1.0.1, or 1.0.2 kitchens into the \ROM folder of this kitchen. That's it.

You would be better off perhaps developing a separate app that presents the list of checkboxes and modifies each option.xml. Then, when you run buildos everything you want is preselected. Kludgy but I think that's the best you're going to be able to do for now.
It's not hard to dissasemble BuildOS... just open it up with .NET Reflector and export the source. Check out the attached zip if you'd like to take a crack at it. I don't have Visual Studio installed atm, nor do I have time to recompile and edit the source as I have to create some VLANs, basically rebuild the network and install a backend Exchange server within two weeks for one of the companies I am working for now (not to mention other dozen or so sites I do business with).

.NET Reflector:

EDIT: I had to fudge a couple files in order to get the source in this zip, so if you are serious about this project it would be best to download Reflector and start from there.

I like the scrolling contacts, but I haven't been able to make it work on the .2 or .3 ROM; Suggestions?

Which scrolling contacts? Are you talking about the "ContactsManager" app? I haven't tried it on 1.0.3 yet, but it works fine for me on 1.0.2.

luv2chill, I have remade Spb Weather, Pocket Plus and created Spb insight, but I wasn't aware of the coming release of 1.0.3. Plus since you remade some of the Spb apps with the provxml to solve the spbservices.exe problem, I was reluctant to release them just yet. Mine are still based on the Spb core services oem type of setup.

Anyway I will share them now. Please try them out and see if they run better. I made changes to both Weather and Pocket Plus's registry settings to avoid moving files with initflashfiles.txt. I have also create Spb Insight with this in mind as well. Also for Spb Weather, spbweather.exe was UPXed with seemingly no ill affects. I also left out the additional skins but I will be including a cab for them. I was shooting for maximizing space and getting rid of any unwanted fluff.

I have included the Spb Core Services OEM because I have tweaked all of their option.xml files for them all to be uniform and under the same group.
They all still set as trials of course.

I have hit the limit of three attachments. The rest will be below.

The vibrate on keypad doesn't seem to be working in 1.0.3, or am I missing a setting? I know that I chose the option in buildos.

Okay, dumb question...I just copy that whole nk,fat from the 1.0.2 to the 1.0.3 folder before I build the rom?
