Bluetooth not working with new Unified 3.5 ROM Kitchen

thought it was working but just tried to send someone something and all back to how it was. opened comm manager and clicked to turn on BT and it cycled and showed still off...waited...clicked it again...cycled...still off. checked under BT and clicked on and closed it and went to comm manager...still off. after a soft reset it now works....but for how long. why was this changed from the prerelease to the final verision? wasnt it working good? gonna go back to kirvins pr i found on my computer...i need BT to work...

I am experiencing this exact issue friguy3.. I am using the generic unified rom on my Sprint apache.. the Sprint Apache rom that Jeff made (3.5) ,the bluetooth worked fine.. I need to be able to turn my BT on and off on a whim and not have to reset my phone.. so I may go back to the 3.5 that Jeff released for the Sprint.

Im with you on this one Friguy. Never had a BT issue (other than skipping a2dp) with pr2.

This patch looked promising when I first installed, but it seems like I am still having the same old problems. I too think I'm going to have to switch from the Unified ROM. Thanks for the effort JBabey.

It appears that my latest effort worked, but i replaced about 15 files and they control things aside from the BT.

Try out my Beta ROM, if its working... ill pack all 15 files up and make another cab to fix the problem.

It was such a nasty replacement of files though, i dont want to screw up your phones, thats why i suggest the whole rom...

hopefully this can translate into fixing it in a new updated unified rom (or whatever it will be called...)
