Also, my BT does work randomly on occasion, but rarely. Most of the time, my phone hangs while it tries to star it up.

I'm trying to figure out if this is the same problem I'm having. I am able to get mine to work again when it stops by just going in to the Today screen menu, clicking on the "items" tab, then hitting the ok button. I don't have to add or remove anything from the today screen I found out, just going to the screen is good enough. |
I am experiencing the same problem, and I can confirm that this works for me as well.
