hello,
Not sure if this is ROM related, but I seem to be having issues with the delete key. Is anybody else having this same problem?
I'm currently using 1.2u

Thanks

you are correct. however, pie plus does not allow this key to be changed, it automatically reverts back to default of 1 each time you start pie. any way to disable pie plus?

To DISABLE PiePlus DELETE this registry key
Quote:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\
just stylus onto the "Explorer" part and choose delete (make sure the browser is closed).

now when you open IE, it will not load the "helper object" that is PiePlus

Hope this helps

-How do i DISABLE PiePlus?
If you do not enjoy the enhancements of PiePlus it is very simple to remove, it is merely a registry key that calls the application

the skin i have there by default does NOT have icons for the other profiles wich is why i disabled them. It also saves me a lot of room on the ROM not having to use another 8 or so icons that get written out of rom and into the profile folder.
I for the life of me cannot find the setting to reenable the other profiles.

The 4th tab at the bottom in the settings says "Profiles"
click on it
at the TOP
the second icon over looks like a pencil writing on a rectangle
click on that
RE-CHECK all the profile options that you want to show up
Hit OK
Hit OK again to close out of phonealarm and it will refresh
Now all the profiles you checked will show up under the HOME icon

Remember that MY skin will NOT have icons for other profiles so they will show up as empty squares. If you want/use other profiles, you need to download more skins. you can get them right off the pocketmax homepage and in their forums.

I am a die hard fan of the uber ROMS... but hate to report that my phone has frozen randomly 3 times in last 2 days on 1.3B and 1.3B2 while getting a call. Both times I was not surfing the web. There is a possibility the data connection might have been open already before the call came in - but I am not sure.

how bizzare. On the b1 i was able to nail that issue straight down to phonealarm, and its because i screwed the registry intercepts for incoming calls.... b2 should not be having that problem. Ill recheck all the new OEM packages and see if something screwy got leftover.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you shoot me a screenshot or a list of what you have loaded on the today screen please, it will help.

+++++++

In regards to the kitchen, ill not be releasing the unified one for some time, i need to make sure its stable enough for wide release, and with bizzare bluetooth issues, as well as 1 report of crashing, i dont feel its ready yet. The 9.6 kitchen was released about a week ago. Do a search for the thread or just check a few pages back and you should see it. Dont have the link handy rt now.
