My reply was for boubert for which he stated that said program didn't work. Furthermore, if your carrier is Sprint then a replacement IS a viable option. They will not charge you for the replacement. If it is due to a defective joystick. I've done this many times.

maby I forgot to mention Sprint no longer has any 6700's it has been discontinued for quite some time now and the only suitable replacement "for Ins or otherwise is the Treo 700wx" and im sorry I dont find that a suitable alternative the good folks over at Sprint TSR say they might use the 6800 when it becomes available but "and there is always a but" they wont know till it comes out so im playing the wait and see game till then if they could order me one I'd already have one i am between the preverable rock and a hard place till then I'm calling HTC tomorrow morning and seeing what they can do

What market are you in? PPC 6700 is readily available here, for replacements. Sure I have to wait about 3 days for a replacement, but I just had my phone replaced 2 weeks ago.
