Raging Idiot question of the day. Need for Speed...

I know that the brand of storage card can make a substantial difference in speed of programs that are ran from it.
I don't know which is fastest for the 6700 (as they appear to run differently on different devices) but I most certainly would like to know. I'll be buying a 4gb card soon.

I'm sure many others would like an answer to this as well.
