Does anybody know what would cause my pop3 email acct. to dissapear after every soft reset? It has happened on 2 different devices of mine. It also happened with 3.3. How can I be the only one with this issue? Someone please help. Everything else is great with this Rom. Thanks

There has been a lot of discussion about the ## codes in the "fully working helmi aku 3.5 kitchen thread".
Starting around the middle of page 13, some people seem to have found a work around using shortcuts.

I also have a xv6700 on verizon, and the shortcuts don't work for me.

Great Work! Nice and clean, everything seems to work so far (just installed a couple hours ago). First thing I did was disable Wisbar since I use SPB PocketPlus and I don't think they play well together. No problems with ActiveSync or USB.

I'm a Verizon user and I had to go and set up the modem to dial #777 user and password are QNC, just in case anyone else ran into this. I miss the little drop down menu of my call history in the dialer whatever that's called.

Dialing ##778 does not work anymore, I can't change the Voice Codec.

Just a heads up to those looking to update this weekend. I may have a new Rom out Sunday evening. found a few tweaks that get it going faster, isolated the old net cf1 and removed it and a fix for skipping with A2DP and mediaplayer. Still looking to make one other change before I post but it should be close!!

Did an update to 3.3 and 3.5 for a pepsi speed challange and I think 3.5 may be the winner now...

Everyone having problems after flashing, remember to reset

Remember tohard reset after flashing. I have found that a number of problems can be resolved by simply hard resetting, letting the phone initialize, then hard resetting again. Then install all your apps, and things seem to work well, with no issues.

da1stprince: You could try extracting a full rom and taling the msn bits out and copying them to your phones windows directory. I have not done this, but I left the majority if not all of the registry settings in place in the event that someone wanted to do this. I have not tried it, nor do I know of anyone who has, but it shoudl be possible with a bit of trial and error. I would just get all the bits labeled msnXXx.xxx and start there. You could also take a look at what is missing from the rom vs a full roms extraction and add anything that sounds right by its name. I know that is a bit vague but it would be the bast place to start unless someone else has a list of all the required components.
