eyeballz, is your error something about trying to restart the shell?

mcevoke, there is no "skin" per say, all I did was swap out the standard light blue bitmap images of buttons and backgrounds for different ones.

For the phone app freezing issue i've seen that type of thing before when it is "hard closed" Instead of HTC X app i use magic button and there is a setting to "keep alive" which allows it to just minimize the critical apps. I also use this for the activesync (push email). Not sure if there is a similar setting on the X App, but if so that would most likely fix it.

what is the diffrence from aku3.3 and beta 2. And I already have your custom aku3.3 (which it does work real good), is the beta 2 a better update. or should I just keep the custom aku3.3. You know I want the best for my ppc 6700................Thank You!

Beta2 improvements are listed on the first post. The beta3 nk.nbf is up on the ftp site. It is even better with MMS and Internet Sharing along with other fixes and such. If you extract an installer into a folder with Winrar, you can easily see the nk.nbf and ms.nbf files. Just remove these and replace the nk.nbf with the one on the ftp. Then run MaUpgrade utility and you will have the latest.

Yeah, thinking about dumping the HTC X button and going with magic button. I have run into a couple of these errors\resets and figured that was the cause. You would think something produced by HTC wouldn't cause issues like this, but it does.

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\State\ Suspend, add a new DWORD called btl1: (make sure the colon is there), with a DWORD value of 2

Sorry, must have missed that Mike. I am putting it in now. I assume that this fixed your issues with bluetooth turning off.

I just deleted almost everything by accident

I can't believe I did this and hate to admit it, but I just deleted almost all the files from the FTP site. I was using FTP thru IE and mistook it for my own local hard drive. I don't have local copies to replace the files either. I'm really sorry.

My friend would probably say they've expect this from an ahole like me.

Anyway, I never would have dreamed that the ppcgeeks login account has delete priveldges.

Sorry!

EDIT: I do have a local copy of the unrared installer and yesterday's 3.3.3 nk.nbf, so I an uploading it until someone can fix what I've done. Keep in mind, this is not the .exe installer, you need to us MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to upgrade.

Try opening it in Windows Explorer like it says at the top of the ftp page. See if the files aren't actually there.
