How to complete hard reset?

I know how to hard reset, except I can't seem to complete the hard reset.

I come to the screen where you are presented with 3 Yes/no options and from memory I believe they are:

KITL Yes/No
Clear RegHive Yes/No
Format Storage Yes/No

I can switch all three of the options, but I can't seem to get the device to proceed from there. I've tried numerous different key combinations. On my old Himalaya, to proceed from the point all you had to do was push the D-pad. This does not seem to work on the Apache. Anybody know how to get past this point?

To do a hard reset on the 6700 you need to hold the 2 soft keys and press the reset button. The soft keys are the 2 untitled keys in the front of the 6700 next to the start button and the ok button. The reset button is a small hole located at the bottom of the 6700 and you need to use the stylis to press it. Hold the soft keys and press the reset at the same time, you will then see on the screen where it asks if you want to reset press Y for yes or N for no. Slide out the qwerty key board and press the Y to reset. Hope this helps

Doctor, I have never see this before. What are you doing to get to those options?
