Alright I guess this is the problem

Well my last topic was started because I didn't know it was the radio.
I guess the kid that had it before me must've tried to upgrade it or something, but all I got is the radio, I've tried everything else to get it to work. and I even paid another 80 dollars to have a store look at it, the guy claims he does circuit migration. but anyways, IF there is a way, to get this to work, can someone tell me? I mean there should be a way to skip the radio from loading on a reset or boot... It keeps coming up with the same thing and even when I tried to upgrade the radio, the red text still came up with the new version.

So PLEASE, Anyone, Can I fix it? Yes or no
