Ok, When my friend gave me it, it was already on, and showed the "Sprint" logo and red text under it.
the text reads this exactly not including the dashes:

and its at the bottom of the screen, I've done a lot to it especially called sprint about it when I first got it. but I've reset it and everything, I've tried all the tricks here and there. It turns on, shows the logo, and 2 seconds the red text comes up. Should I take a picture of it?
