(Sprint's Pick 3 -- NEW SERVICE like T-Mobile MyFav! (Free calilng to 3 numbers)! Look at this! Sprint is offering a 'Pick 3' option for free right now at retentions (I don't have it), but still its cool! You can pick 3 of your favorite numbers and call them unlimited/free; and you can change the numbers monthly. Anyone call and see if they can confirm this. I have one friend who has. Just to see if anyone can on this board. Currently (AFAIK) its only available through Sprint Care (telephone) @ 866-881-9571 ONLY available to Ensemble customers - NO P2K availability! ) 10:34:45 AM jason is this correct? 10:35:03 AM Sydney Just one moment, please. 10:36:46 AM Sydney Where was this posted? 10:37:02 AM jason a pda forum 10:38:28 AM Sydney You can call Account Services and see if they will offer the Pick 3, but that is not offered to everybody, it's not guaranteed. 10:38:53 AM jason oh ok. i was just wondering on this 10:39:03 AM Sydney No problem. No wonder Sprint CS is so bad. You guys bug them for really trivial stuff. If something is not announced on the Sprint forum or website, there is no way on earth that a rep is going to confirm or deny it for you. I work in customer service and those are the rules.

Just talked to my Southern Rep.
Its is indeed true and has been around for awhile, but not offered to every customer, even if your bill IS over 40. They look at your minute usage and payment history. If it doesn hurt their money or your minutes.. they'll give it to you most likely. New customer service reps WONT know what it is because they are not trained to offer this package. You have to ask to speak to supervisors or just call back untill you get a knowledgable rep. 18006396111 Available to Ensamble Cust ONLY |

The reason that most CSRs havent heard of this is that it is a retention item, my girlfriends brother got it through them when he said something to the effect of Im going to cancel and go to such and such a carrier cause I can get this and pick 5 people and save my minutes....

It never hurts to ask, you simply wasted you time by trying to find out about a secret promo from an online chat rep. Calling in and talking to a supervisor would have been more worth your time, and they probably would have given it to you.
