i called. you have to have a $40 (the minutes only, not the minutes plus the extras) or more plan. i'm in houston, on ensemble, and have no discounts on my line.

NO question to customer service should be trivial. If someone thinks so,they should not be in customer service.

i called sprint customer service like an hr ago and asked them about this, they saying they don't have any such thing, that they know of lol...somebody lying!!!!

It exists, its available. Only diff is its hard for customers to get because you guys call CS while we( Sprint employees ) call dealer support. Go into a sprint store, discuss it with them, if they cant add it through FDT. Get them to call support and ask for it themselves.

All I know is when I called, .....*2...and asked the sprint rep..he said I could have "Pick3", I told him thanks but not at this time...even if it would of been free for me, just dont need it at this moment everyone I call about 90% is on Sprint (m to m) so going over my anytime min is very rare.

I informed him I was just trying to get informatioin for my cousin who was thinking of switching over to another carrier if "Pick 3" as not available so that she could have mobile to mobile with her friend on another carrier, and he said for her to call in and they will work it out.
