No I dont have a backup program .
I never installed Outlook for my contacts storage and I got screwed the first time. So I know the speaker works . I took the headphone out my girlfriend called and her ringtone played . But I couldnt hear anything on the line and the speaker on button doesnt work ...

those damn faulty headset jacks...i tell ya. glad u got it back working...and no problem.

yeah its so gay ...
well at least it working and I know what to do next time ... my last resort is to use insurance .. its such a hassle and my sprint store I went to last time took forever just to get me a new phone .. and on top of that I helped a customer out with his ppc and I don't even work there .. they didn't know anything about ours phones .. why can't I get a job and I be the pda/ppc specialist? tony ...

anyother ideas cuz i dont feel like going to sprint

keep doing it, try moving the headset plug around while its in it. If this isnt it, its ur phone.
