well at least it working and I know what to do next time ...
my last resort is to use insurance ..
its such a hassle and my sprint store I went to last time took forever just to get me a new phone ..
and on top of that I helped a customer out with his ppc and I don't even work there ..
they didn't know anything about ours phones ..
why can't I get a job and I be the pda/ppc specialist?
